NSN Partners with Golden Gate Foods to Complete Advanced Food Manufacturing Facility in Phu Tho

From a commitment made at the construction site more than a year ago to the official inauguration of the facility, the Golden Gate Foods project marks an important milestone in the strategic partnership between NSN Construction & Engineering Joint Stock Company and Golden Gate Group.

On September 19, 2026, the Golden Gate Foods Advanced Food Manufacturing Facility was officially inaugurated at Tien Tien Industrial Cluster, Phu Tho Province. The event marks a new step in Golden Gate’s efforts to expand its production capacity and strengthen its supply chain.

For NSN, this is more than a construction project completed on schedule. It is also a testament to the Company’s execution capabilities, effective coordination, and commitment demonstrated throughout the collaboration between the Owner and the Main Contractor.

From a Commitment Made at the Construction Site to the Inauguration Day

More than a year ago, the Golden Gate Foods project began on an empty site, with demanding requirements in terms of schedule, functionality, and technical standards.

As the Design & Build (D&B) Main Contractor, NSN was responsible for the full scope of the project, from design consultancy and permitting to construction. The project was developed on an area of approximately 4 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 600 billion.

At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy General Director of NSN, recalled the moment more than a year earlier when he stood on the same site and committed to the project handover schedule with Mr. Dao The Vinh, CEO of Golden Gate Group. Today, that commitment has taken shape as a modern facility ready for operation.

Integrated Optimization: From F&B Production Requirements to Sustainable Energy

Golden Gate Foods is an integrated facility featuring multiple specialized production areas, including a meat preparation line with a capacity of approximately 3,600 tonnes per year, a vegetable preparation line with a capacity of approximately 4,320 tonnes per year, and a hot kitchen for ready-to-eat food and sauce production with a capacity of approximately 4,320 tonnes per year.

The facility also incorporates an automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) and modern sorting lines to optimize its ability to serve the Group’s entire restaurant network.

The construction of a food manufacturing facility requires a higher level of coordination than a conventional industrial building. It demands strict integration between civil construction, M&E systems, food hygiene and safety standards, and production technology.

Notably, from the early stage of overall planning and design consultancy, NSN proactively integrated a rooftop renewable energy solution (rooftop solar) into the architectural and engineering design of the facility.

This was not simply an additional value-added feature for the project, but the result of a holistic energy optimization approach researched and proposed by NSN. Integrating clean energy from the original design stage enables the factory to optimize operating costs, reduce its carbon footprint, and proactively meet green transformation standards for modern F&B production infrastructure.

“Professionalism and Commitment” – A Value That Remains Unchanged

Golden Gate Foods is the second project on which NSN has had the honor of collaborating with Golden Gate.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dao The Vinh, CEO of Golden Gate Group, noted that compared with the previous project, this facility represents a significant increase in both scale and complexity. However, he emphasized that one thing has remained unchanged: “NSN’s professionalism and commitment.”

This recognition is invaluable to the entire NSN team. In industrial construction, the capabilities of a Main Contractor are measured not only by the scale of the projects it delivers, but also by its ability to maintain trust and the quality of collaboration from one project to the next.

Mr. Dao The Vinh also expressed his expectation that NSN would continue to leverage its strengths in the F&B sector and shared his hope that the two companies would meet again soon on future projects.

Building Trust Through Projects That Deliver Real Value

At the ceremony, NSN representatives also expressed their pride in accompanying one of Vietnam’s leading brands in developing a large-scale production facility. NSN expressed its confidence that the new factory will provide a strong foundation for Golden Gate to further expand its supply chain and strengthen its brand.

A successful project does not end when a facility is handed over and ready to meet its operational objectives. It also creates a solid foundation for future opportunities to work together.

The commitment delivered at Golden Gate Foods is NSN’s way of reaffirming its position as a trusted Main Contractor—building capabilities and trust through every real-world project.

Building trust through professionalism, commitment, and proven execution capabilities—that is how NSN continues to support Vietnamese businesses on their journey to modernize production infrastructure.
