On March 5, 2026, the internal workshop titled “New Year, New You, New NSN," shared by Mr. Nguyen Van Pha, Deputy General Manager of NSN, took place in an open and thoughtful atmosphere. The workshop was more than just a discussion, it was an opportunity for each NSN member to reflect on their daily work and ask an important question: What will be the better version of ourselves in 2026.  

One key message was clearly emphasized during the workshop: A new NSN does not begin with major organizational changes. It begins with each individual - New You. When individuals choose to improve in a positive direction, teams will improve. When teams improve, the organizational culture will evolve. And when the culture becomes stronger, NSN will grow faster and more sustainably. 

At the center of this journey is TRUST. However, TRUST is not just a slogan. It is built through consistent actions in everyday work, such as: 

• Keeping promises, even in small tasks 

• Reporting risks early instead of delaying 

• Taking full responsibility for assigned work 

• Supporting teammates toward shared goals 

TRUST does not require people to do more work. It requires us to work in a more reliable way. When each employee commits to improving just one small behavior every day, positive change within NSN has already begun. 

 The workshop also raised several meaningful questions for reflection: 

 1. What makes us truly trust our colleagues? 

2. Which personal behavior, if improved, could help our teams perform better? 

3. How can "New You” come together to create a “New NSN”? 

These questions are not only for the workshop but also for our daily work at NSN. 

Entering 2026, NSN is facing many opportunities as well as challenges from market fluctuations and global uncertainties. In such times, teamwork, responsibility, and trust among people become the most important foundation for sustainable development. 

A new year has begun. A new journey is opening ahead.
