International Women’s Day on March 8 holds a special meaning at NSN Construction & Engineering JSC. More than simply a time to present flowers and send greetings, it is also a moment for the entire company to express sincere appreciation to the women who quietly contribute to NSN’s journey of growth and development. 

The construction industry is widely known as a demanding field, where the pace of work is fast, technical standards are strict, and the working environment is often associated with large-scale construction sites. For this reason, International Women’s Day at NSN goes beyond simple greetings. Female employees received beautiful bouquets, thoughtful gifts, and sincere appreciation from the company’s leadership and their male colleagues.

During the warm and celebratory atmosphere of the day, Mr. Phong, Deputy General Director of NSN, shared a simple yet heartfelt message with all female employees:  “Wishing all the women happiness and the confidence to shine in your own unique way.”  At NSN, we believe that sustainable development is built not only on technology, experience, or the scale of projects, but also on respect and recognition for the value each individual brings to the organization.
