On December 10, 2024, NSN Construction and Engineering JSC celebrated the 21st anniversary with a variety of meaningful activities to reflect on the company's development journey and express gratitude to the employees who have accompanied and contributed to the success of NSN. 

Trust - A solid foundation for NSN's 21-year journey

Mr. Thach Hoang Ngoc, General Director of NSN, stated at the event, "21 years of the establishment and development of NSN—this is an opportunity not only for us to look back on the past journey but also to affirm the trust and foundation that helped us overcome all challenges and build sustainable value for more than two decades."

2024 marks a big step forward for NSN when contracted and realized revenue reaches over 800 billion VND, up 10.22% from the previous year. Specifically, the Energy Department had a significant breakthrough. Industrial Construction continues to affirm NSN's position in the market. Important projects in the fields of logistics and MEP systems of commercial buildings also recorded many outstanding achievements. The trust of traditional customers such as Meiko, Honda, and Nestle has become a driving force in helping NSN grow and strengthen its market position.

During the past 21 years, NSN has always been guided by the steadfast trust of the Board of Directors, employees, and customers. With more than 20% of staff working for more than 10 years, NSN is not only a workplace but also a "second home" for many people. NSN invests in human development and innovation through training programs, digitizes management, and encourages the application of new technologies. 

All accomplishments have helped NSN be honored in the Top 100 Green Enterprises & Sustainable Development 2024 at the Green Economy Forum on December 8, 2024.  

In 2025, NSN aims to achieve a revenue milestone of over 1,000 billion VND while implementing comprehensive development strategies such as optimizing the organization, promoting digital transformation, and enhancing brand position. The company is committed to investing strongly in human resources, building a transparent capacity framework, and applying a fair remuneration policy.
