The total renewable energy capacity of NSN projects deployed is 400 MWp, contributing 511 million kWh of electricity and reducing more than 361,000 tons of CO2.

NSN Construction and Engineering JSC announced this information during the Top 100 Green and Sustainable Development Enterprises 2024 award ceremony at the Green Economy Forum on December 8th. "This emission reduction helps protect the environment, affirming NSN's strategic vision of investing in green development," a business representative stated.

NSN cooperated with Sharp Energy Solutions Company (Japan) to establish a joint venture to implement solar power projects. Typical projects include the TTC Phong Dien Solar Power Plant (48 MWp), Thien Tan Solar Power Plant (100 MWp), Phuoc Ninh Solar Power Plant (45 MWp), and rooftop solar projects such as Denso (2 MWp). TTC Phong Dien is one of the first solar power projects connected to the 110 kV electric grid in Vietnam.

According to NSN, the unit's most prominent project is the My Hiep Solar Power Plant, which has a total investment of about 1,200 billion VND. This is the first project in which NSN plays two roles: investor and EPC general contractor.

Renewable energy brought NSN more than 370 billion VND, contributing 47% of total revenue (as of early November) and exceeding 39% of the target.

In addition to focusing on renewable energy, the company also actively implements green design solutions for commercial buildings and industrial plants. Many projects implemented by NSN have received LEED Gold certification (US Gold Green Building), optimizing energy use and environmental protection.
