On March 21, at its Hanoi headquarters, NSN simultaneously organized two key programs: occupational safety training and first aid training for all employees. This was not merely a routine internal activity, but a clear demonstration of how NSN chooses to invest in its core value: people.  

Building safety capability from the ground up 

A standout feature of the programs was the quality of content and the practical approach to delivery. The sessions were led directly by experienced industry experts, offering clear, realistic insights that employees can readily apply in their daily work. Beyond theory, significant time was dedicated to on-site first aid practice, enabling participants to directly experience and develop essential emergency response skills. In a specialized working environment such as industrial construction and renewable energy, equipping employees with safety awareness and first aid capabilities is crucial. It not only helps protect individuals but also safeguards colleagues, minimizes risks, and enhances overall incident response readiness. 

A sustainable commitment to employee health and safety 

NSN does not view these training programs as standalone activities but as part of a long-term strategy to build a safe and sustainable working environment. As a continuation of this effort, the company will soon implement periodic health check-ups for all employees. By deploying training, hands-on practice, and health monitoring consistently and in an integrated manner, NSN is gradually establishing a comprehensive employee care ecosystem. 

This strong commitment and systematic investment have enabled NSN to consistently achieve ISO 45001 certification, an internationally recognized standard for occupational health and safety management systems (OHS).
