On December 13, 2024, NSN participated in the 15th Anniversary of Keieijuku Entrepreneur Training Program in Vietnam. 

The ceremony was attended by the Deputy Ambassador of the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, the Japan International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (JICA), the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the Japanese Business Association in Vietnam (JCCH), the leadership of Foreign Trade University, and a large gathering of lecturers, 240 businessmen and managers from the North, Central, and South of the country, as well as sponsors.  

Mr. Ishikawa Isamu, Deputy Ambassador of the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam, stated, "Since the first Keieijuku program in 2009, the program has trained and graduated over 1,000 students. We are very delighted to know that alumni from the program are currently excellent business leaders and active in many different fields, actively contributing to the economic and social development of Vietnam."

Entrepreneur Training Program - Keieijuku (also known as the Senior Business program), celebrates 15 years of development in Vietnam while increasing connections between domestic and Japanese organizations and expanding business cooperation opportunities for the business communities of the two countries. To date, NSN has sent four senior personnel to attend training in this program, imbued with how to build a modern corporate management philosophy and model, respect human values, distill the essence of Japanese-style management, and maximize human capacity and advantages. In addition, middle-level officials also gradually have access to foundational knowledge through the CEO course organized by VJCC to systematize knowledge and improve management skills according to the Japanese method, jointly developing sustainable business. 

The highlight of the celebration program is also the "Road of Gratitude" Exhibition Area and the booth introducing typical Keieijuku businesses. NSN Construction and Engineering JSC is very proud to receive a warm welcome from nearly 400 delegates, teachers, experts, and Vietnamese and Japanese businessmen, particularly the reunion of 240 alumni and students from the Keieijuku Program from courses 1 to 21, reaffirming the company's leading position in the fields of Industrial Construction and Renewable Energy in Vietnam.
