As of December 10, 2025, NSN recorded impressive results. Newly signed revenue increased by 78%, while executed revenue rose by 68% compared to 2024. Both figures exceeded the annual targets, reaching 114.3% for new contracts and 108.3% for executed revenue.

More importantly, this growth was balanced and sustainable, not dependent on a single business area:

• Construction – MEP – Factory Services: Stable growth driven by long-term FDI clients such as Meiko Electronics, Denso, and Nitori.

• Renewable Energy: Continued expansion through rooftop solar projects and cooperation with international partners including Sharp, Kansai, and TotalEnergies.

• Industrial EPC: Remained the main growth driver, especially in factory expansion projects for electronics, food, and materials.

In 2025, NSN also expanded into the MEP Building sector, delivering a high-end commercial building project certified LEED Gold and WELL Platinum.

Despite market uncertainty, NSN consistently maintained project quality and delivery schedules.

Strengthening the Foundation: Systems, Technology, and People

Alongside business growth, NSN focused on strengthening its internal capabilities to operate more transparently and deliver higher project quality.

• Standardized operations and team management: NSN applied unified performance and capability evaluation standards across the company, improving professionalism and readiness for large-scale projects.

• Digital transformation in project management: The company expanded the use of CRM, AI, and digital project management tools to better control progress and quality, reduce duplicated reporting, and support faster decision-making. This also allows clients to track project status more clearly and reduces operational risks.

• Investment in people and execution culture: NSN implemented technical training, skills development, and leadership programs to continuously improve team capabilities.

Post-project surveys show that 90% of customers are satisfied, reflecting NSN’s commitment to service quality and its long-standing Trust-based culture.

In 2025, NSN was recognized by Viet Research and Finance & Investment Newspaper (Ministry of Finance) as one of the Top 10 Green ESG Companies in Vietnam – Construction Sector (ESG10 – 2025).
