Foreign Trade University students explore Digital transformation & HR management at NSN
On March 30 at its Hanoi headquarters, NSN Construction & Engineering JSC welcomed lecturers and students from Class 62 of the Digital Business program at Foreign Trade University (FTU/VJCC) for a site visit and practical experience. The activity not only created a connection opportunity but also provided real-world insights into digital transformation in a construction company, closely linked with human resource management.

In the context of the construction industry facing increasing pressure on schedule, cost, and quality, NSN identifies digital transformation as a core foundation for optimizing operations and enhancing competitiveness. The company has developed a long-term digital transformation roadmap toward 2035, gradually applying technology to its management system, especially in human resources. Digitalization improves work productivity and strengthens coordination across departments and projects.
Alongside technology, NSN places a strong focus on human resource development – a key factor determining the quality and sustainability of a construction company. During the session, NSN representatives shared practical insights on recruitment, training, and talent retention. Welfare policies, career development paths, and the working environment are designed to ensure a high-quality workforce for large-scale projects.

The visit also saw active engagement from students, with thoughtful questions reflecting their proactive mindset and strong interest in real business operations. Through this activity, NSN continues to affirm its sustainable development orientation based on the integration of technology and people. When these two factors are aligned, the company can gradually “create sustainable values” while contributing to the development of a future-ready workforce in the digital era.
