Projects will be completed, and construction works will eventually come to an end. What truly remains and defines the long-term strength of an organization is the knowledge accumulated, refined, and continuously passed over time. At NSN, this is not just a guiding belief but a concrete action: compiling and publishing Factory Design Handbooks to preserve, standardize, and share proven practical experience. 

First, it is a deliberate choice rooted in the right understanding of knowledge 

In early 2025, the Tendering & Design Division was officially established. During an internal meeting, the leaders, Mr. Bang and Mr. Cuong, raised an important question: as NSN is committed to sustainable development and contributing to society, what specific value can the Tendering & Design Division bring to that shared goal? 

This question led every team member to reflect: What should we do, and how should we do it? Very quickly, a common direction was agreed upon: “Develop design handbooks.” But an even more important question followed: “Why design handbooks, and not something else?” 

The answer came from a shared understanding of “long-term sustainability.” The team concluded that the most enduring asset of any organization is its knowledge. Knowledge can be shared through verbal communication or on-the-job training. Still, the most effective way to scale, standardize, and transfer it is to document it in a structured format that is accessible to everyone. 

Second, it is a journey that requires real commitment 

In the context of post-restructuring, with a heavy workload, pursuing a long-term goal like knowledge standardization was not easy. However, instead of postponing, the team chose to dedicate personal time to late evenings and weekends to review, refine, and complete every detail together. This process reinforced an important truth: the value of this initiative lies not only in the final output but also in the spirit of commitment, accountability, and collective effort.  

Finally, it lays the foundation for sustainable future growth 

NSN believes that knowledge only becomes truly valuable when it is continuously updated and inherited. Therefore, the development of the Design Handbooks is not an endpoint but the beginning of a larger journey, where every individual is encouraged to contribute, share, and build a common knowledge asset. This not only enhances current performance but also prepares future generations to continue developing NSN. 

From these handbooks, NSN is gradually building a strong knowledge ecosystem, serving as the core foundation to create sustainable values. Continuing to invest in standardizing and developing internal knowledge will remain a key strategic direction for NSN in the years ahead.
