In the journey of a company’s growth, important milestones are often remembered through projects, impressive construction works, or remarkable business achievements. Yet sometimes, the most meaningful memories come from small initiatives born out of creativity and collaboration within the organization. 

At NSN Construction & Engineering JSC, alongside its mission of delivering sustainable industrial and energy projects, the company continuously encourages every individual and team to explore new ideas and proactively adopt emerging technologies to improve their work and develop their capabilities. A recent story from the Administration & Human Resources Department reflects this spirit clearly. 

A special idea for the 22nd anniversary 

On the occasion of NSN’s 22nd anniversary, the Administration & HR team wanted to create something memorable for the company’s celebration. What started as a simple idea for a surprise performance gradually evolved into a bold initiative: composing an original song dedicated to NSN. 

The song, titled “The Journey of TRUST,” was created to reflect the company’s development journey through the spirit of unity, perseverance, and shared belief among the people of NSN. 

The project team included Mr. Pha, Mr. Duc Anh, and Mr. Tung. Although none of them had formal training in music, they decided to take on the challenge and turn the idea into reality. What made the project even more remarkable was the timeline. The entire process was completed in just about two weeks before the anniversary event. 

The challenge of time and budget 

According to Mr. Tung, one of the team members involved in the project, the greatest challenge was not the idea itself, but the limitations in time and budget. 

With such a tight timeline and limited resources, hiring professional composers or singers to produce the song would have required a significant budget, potentially reaching tens of millions of VND. The team therefore looked for a more creative and efficient solution. 

Instead of outsourcing the work, they decided to explore a completely different approach: using AI tools in the music creation process. The team spent several days researching and experimenting with different AI platforms that could assist in melody composition, music arrangement, and AI-generated vocals. For most of them, this was unfamiliar territory, as they had little prior experience in music production. 

Through continuous experimentation and learning, the team gradually refined the melody and arrangement until they achieved a version that matched the spirit and message of the lyrics. 

The final outcome was surprisingly efficient. The AI tools used for the project cost only about one-tenth of the cost of conventional music production. 

When technology becomes a creative tool 

The use of AI in this project not only helped the team overcome time and budget constraints but also opened up a new perspective on how technology can support creativity within the workplace. 

What started as a simple internal initiative eventually became a practical example of how emerging technologies can be applied to solve real challenges in daily work. 

This project also reflects the positive results of NSN’s efforts to train AI adoption among employees throughout 2025. When employees are equipped with the right tools and encouraged to experiment, they can actively learn, innovate, and contribute new value to the organization. 

NSN believes that AI and data will become key drivers of sustainable growth in the future. Therefore, encouraging employees to explore and apply new technologies is not only about improving efficiency but also about building a workforce that is adaptable, creative, and ready for the opportunities of the digital era. 

A melody that connects the NSN spirit 

Today, whenever the melody of “The Journey of TRUST” plays at 5:00 PM in the office, many NSN employees feel a renewed sense of excitement and motivation. The song is no longer just a performance prepared for an anniversary celebration; it has become a small but meaningful part of the company’s daily culture. 

Behind the melody lies a story of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning among the people of NSN. Initiatives like this, even when they begin as simple ideas, can create meaningful impact when they grow within a culture that encourages innovation. 

For NSN, the journey of growth is not measured solely by the number of projects delivered or the scale of its construction works. It is also shaped by the creativity and dedication of every individual and team within the organization.
