On October 12, 2023, NSN Construction and Engineering JSC held its 20th anniversary with many meaningful activities to look back on the development journey as well as express gratitude to the employees who have accompanied and contributed to the success of the company.

At the ceremony, Mr. Thach Hoang Ngoc, Chairman of the Board of Directors, shared: "20 years is like a river, and each historical mark is a solid testament to the NSN process.

20 years ago, on October 12, 2003, NSN started its journey with the humble but enthusiastic attitude of the three founders, including Mr. Nang, Mr. Sinh, and me, Mr. Ngoc, on the path of "Creating sustainable value." In the beginning, the human resources were quite small, and the charter capital was limited, but with the solidarity and efforts of the staff, NSN conquered the first challenges and achieved success.

During NSN's 20-year journey, each significant milestone created is an affirmation of the company's strength and stature:

• First, in 2007, NSN successfully completed the Piaggio Vietnam Project in Vinh Phuc, a significant milestone in the company's history as a Design and Build General Contractor.
• Next is the expansion and conquest of the international market (2010–2023): The expansion has been demonstrated since 2010 through the establishment of the Vietek factory (2010), the Cambodia branch and Ho Chi Minh representative office (2013), the NSN E&C Myanmar branch, a joint venture with Hiraiwa (2017), and SHARP (2019). From 2011 to 2022, NSN was honored to be among the top 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam. From 2011 to 2023, NSN continuously conquers the international market, becoming a trusted partner of many reputable companies in Japan and Europe. The proof is that during this period, NSN conducted the construction of electrical items on both phases of the project, First Solar Factory in Ho Chi Minh City, and worked directly with the main contractor, M+W, one of Europe's leading contractors.
• The next important step is renewable energy projects (from 2017 to present). NSN is proud to be a general contractor in a joint venture with Sharp Energy Solution Japan of Sharp Japan Group for the first national grid-connected solar power plant, the Phong Dien 48Mwp project. Since then, a chain of renewable energy projects has opened, including wind and solar electricity, with a total capacity of more than 400 MWp. 2020 is also the first step in the company's investment. The company has implemented M&A for the 50 MW My Hiep solar power project in Binh Dinh province. This project was completed after only six months of construction, and COD was successful in December 2020.
• "Fire proves gold, adversity proves men."  NSN transforms in challenges (2020-2022): The beginning of the new decade could not be more challenging. The COVID-19 pandemic came with harsh natural disasters, but NSN has overcome them, maintained revenue, and completed many large-scale projects.
• Today, NSN celebrates the 20th anniversary, the company continues to demonstrate its perseverance and pioneering vision. The restructuring project marks a transition, optimizing the organization and working process and promising a new period of strong development, positively contributing to the prosperity of the construction industry and Vietnam's economy. 

We believe that, with professional, solid, honest, committed, and creative human resources, NSN will achieve its aim of being a leading company in the fields of industrial construction and renewable energy in Vietnam.
