Project Description
NSN continues to be the general contractor for CME (Construction and M & E) for Spica Phase 3 & 4. Following the success of Spica Elastic Phase 1 & 2, Spica Elsactic Phase 3 & 4 projects are being implemented in Que Vo Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province, from 02/2017 to 10/2017.
