Parc Hanoi Project

Overview

Location West Lake West Urban Area, Hanoi
Scope of work: HVAC and Building Management System (BMS)
Time: Under construction
Investor: Indochina Kajima Joint Venture

Parc Hanoi is a premium Grade A office development by Indochina Kajima, scheduled for completion in Q2 2027. The project offers approximately 45,000 m² of net leasable area and features green design standards in compliance with LEED Gold and WELL Platinum certifications, supporting flexible working models and integrated amenities. Parc Hanoi is envisioned to become a new model for office and commercial buildings in Hanoi.
